Accommodation?Ikebukuro is a large district, which offers indoor theme parks and aquarium, Sunshine City, Seibu and Tobu department stores, electronic stores, and many more. Also famous with ramen shops. Amazing RAMEN!
Sensoji is Tokyo's largest temple and a major attraction. Asakusa has many restaurants and places to try traditional Japanese food. Most popular treats include satsuma imo, Japanese sweet potatoes, and hot rice drink (Amazake)! Must visit!
Known as Tokyo's Electric Town - thousands of shops selling technological gadget you can imagine, from computers to gaming consoles and vacuums to DVDs, at reasonable prices. This area is also known as the "Gamer's Mecca (anime/manga)".
Odaiba is a large artificial island in Tokyo Bay - this area offers enjoyment for the whole family throughout the day. Mirai-kan (Japanese Science museum - they have English translations for everything) visit is a must. Odaiba is not located in the most convenient area, we do not recommend staying near here.
Shinagawa area is one of the principal transportation hubs of Tokyo. This area is known as 'business' district. We do not recommend staying near Shinagawa for 'seeing' Tokyo. Shinagawa station has direct train connections to Narita Airport which is provided by Narita Express.
